This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with central A/C is surrounded by several acres of land and located on a sand road on the ocean side of Route 6. The house, originally built in 1752 in Connecticut, was dismantled and moved here in the 1970's. It was carefully reconstructed with contemporary amenities. The original 18th century features include a post and beam frame, paneling and wide floor boards. New paint, stenciling on the walls, antique furnishings and lovely yard create a very inviting home. The first floor has a large dining area with traditional fireplace, a kitchen, living room and one bedroom. There are two more bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
